| **** | **Early Completion (Acceleration Compensation) Adjustment**: If the Employer requires the Contract Works to be completed ahead of schedule, the Employer shall, after obtaining the Contractor's consent, agree with the Contractor on measures to accelerate the Works progress and shall revise the Contract Works programme. The Employer shall bear the early completion (acceleration compensation) costs incurred by the Contractor as a result. The amount of early completion compensation shall not exceed 5% of the Contract Price (the specific percentage shall be stipulated in the Contract). |
