| | General Contracting Service Fee: The fee required for the general contractor to cooperate with and coordinate the employer's specialist works contracting, to take custody of materials, engineering equipment, etc. procured by the employer, and to provide construction site management, compilation and consolidation of completion documentation and other services. In hotel projects, the general contracting service fee is generally calculated at 1.5%~3% of the specialist works cost. |
