| **** | **Claim Adjustment**: When either party files a claim against the other, it shall have legitimate grounds and valid evidence, and shall comply with the relevant provisions of the contract. Within 28 days after a claim event occurs, the contractor shall submit a Notice of Intention to Claim to the employer. |
