| **** | **Engineering change adjustment (no identical item)**: Where the priced bill of quantities contains no applicable but similar items to the changed works, the unit rate of similar items may be referenced within a reasonable range. Where there are no identical or similar items, the contractor shall propose the unit rate for the changed works and submit it to the employer for confirmation before adjustment. |
