| **Appendix B.** | **Wall finishes (lobby/guest rooms)**: Wall plastering is measured by area according to the dimensions shown on the design drawings. **Deduct wall skirting, door and window openings, and holes with a single area >0.3m²**; do not deduct baseboards, picture rails, or holes with a single area ≤0.3m². **No area is added for the side walls and top surfaces of door and window openings**. |
