| **** | **Pricing of Other Project Costs**:<br>• **Provisional Sum**: Enter the amount listed in the tender bill of quantities; it must not be modified. Hotel projects typically reserve this for design changes or unforeseen costs (e.g., guest room layout adjustments).<br>• **Provisional Price**: Provisional prices for materials and engineering equipment shall be included in the comprehensive unit rate based on the amounts listed in the bill of quantities; provisional prices for specialist works (e.g., hotel ELV intelligent systems, kitchen equipment installation) shall be included in Other Project Costs based on the amounts listed in the bill of quantities.<br>• **Daywork**: Based on the items and quantities listed by the tenderer, the comprehensive unit rate shall be determined independently.
