| **** | **Priced Bill of Quantities for Divisional and Sub-divisional Works**: The bidder shall enter the comprehensive unit rates and total amounts in accordance with the item codes, item descriptions, item characteristics, units of measurement and quantities set out in the tender bill of quantities. The item characteristics of decoration and fit-out works in hotel guest rooms, corridors, lobbies and other areas (such as floor materials, wall finishes and ceiling heights) must correspond strictly to the descriptions in the bill of quantities. |
