| **** | In other project costs:<br>• **Provisional sum**: generally calculated at 10%–15% of the divisional and sub-divisional works cost (for hotels, 15% is recommended due to insufficient design depth and high risk of decoration changes).<br>• **Provisional price**: for materials (e.g., imported sanitary ware, custom furniture), the unit price shall be specified; for specialised works (e.g., hotel intelligent systems, kitchen equipment), the amount shall be specified (e.g., "provisionally estimated at RMB 2 million").<br>• **Daywork**: labour unit rates shall be calculated at 2–3 times the local minimum wage standard (e.g., hotel maintenance worker at RMB 120/workday). |
