| | Tender control price: The maximum price limit for the tendered works, prepared by the tenderer in accordance with the relevant pricing bases and methods issued by national, provincial, or industry construction authorities, as well as the proposed tender documents and bill of quantities. For hotel projects, the tender control price shall not be raised or lowered, and shall be published at the time of tendering; it must be adjusted if the deviation exceeds ±3%. |
