| | Engineering Change: During the implementation of the contract works, any increase, decrease, cancellation, or change in construction technology, sequence, or timing of any item of the contract works proposed by the employer or proposed by the contractor and approved by the employer; modification of design drawings; changes in construction conditions; errors or omissions in the tender bill of quantities that cause changes in contract conditions or variations in quantities. Hotel guest room layout adjustments, MEP point modifications, etc. all constitute engineering changes and require price adjustment per the contract terms. |
