| | A unit project shall be accepted as qualified only when it meets the following requirements:<br>1. The quality of all constituent sub-division projects shall be accepted as qualified;<br>2. Quality control documents shall be complete;<br>3. Inspection documents relating to safety, energy efficiency, environmental protection and main service functions within the constituent sub-division projects shall be complete;<br>4. The results of random inspections of main service functions shall comply with the provisions of the relevant professional acceptance codes;<br>5. The visual quality shall meet the requirements. For hotel buildings, particular attention shall be paid to verifying the functionality and visual quality of guest rooms and public areas. |
