| | Construction works quality shall be accepted in accordance with the following requirements:<br>1. All works quality acceptance shall be carried out on the basis of the construction unit's satisfactory self-inspection.<br>2. All parties participating in the acceptance of construction works quality shall possess the corresponding qualifications.<br>3. The quality of inspection lots shall be accepted according to the main control items and general items.<br>4. For test blocks, test specimens and materials involving structural safety, energy conservation, environmental protection and main service functions, witnessed inspection shall be carried out in accordance with regulations upon arrival on site or during construction.<br>5. Before concealed works are concealed, the construction unit shall notify the supervision unit to carry out acceptance, and acceptance documents shall be produced; construction may continue only after acceptance is passed.<br>6. Sampling testing shall be carried out for important divisional works involving structural safety and service functions.<br>7. Units undertaking witnessed inspection and related structural safety testing shall possess the corresponding qualifications.<br>8. The visual quality of the works shall be inspected on site by the acceptance personnel and jointly confirmed. |
