| | Construction quality acceptance for building works shall comply with the following basic provisions:<br>1. Major materials, semi-finished products, finished products, building components and fittings, appliances and equipment used in the works shall undergo incoming inspection. Where safety, energy conservation, environmental protection and main service functions are involved, re-inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the construction quality acceptance specifications for each discipline, and shall be checked and accepted by the supervisory engineer.<br>2. Each construction process shall be quality-controlled in accordance with construction technical standards. Only after each construction process is completed and the contractor's self-inspection confirms compliance may construction of the next process proceed. Interrelated processes between disciplines shall undergo handover inspection and shall be recorded.<br>3. For important processes for which the supervision unit has requested inspection, construction of the next process may proceed only after inspection and acceptance by the supervisory engineer. |
