| | Construction project construction quality shall be accepted in accordance with the following requirements: 1) It shall comply with the provisions of this standard and the relevant professional acceptance specifications; 2) It shall comply with the requirements of the project survey and design documents; 3) All parties participating in the acceptance shall possess the prescribed qualifications; 4) The acceptance shall be carried out on the basis of the construction unit's own inspection and assessment; 5) Before concealed works are concealed, the construction unit shall notify the relevant units to carry out acceptance and form acceptance documents; 6) Test blocks, test specimens and related materials involving structural safety shall undergo witnessed sampling and testing as prescribed; 7) The quality of inspection lots shall be accepted according to the main control items and general items; 8) Sampling testing shall be carried out for important divisional works involving structural safety and service functions; 9) Units undertaking witnessed sampling testing and related structural safety testing shall have the corresponding qualifications; 10) The visual quality of the project shall be checked on site by the acceptance personnel and jointly confirmed. |
