| **Provisional Sum Settlement**: For provisional sums of specialized works that must be tendered by law (e.g., hotel ELV intelligent systems works), settlement shall be based on the price determined through tendering; where tendering is not required, settlement shall be based on the price confirmed by both the employer and the contractor.
