| **Settlement of measure item costs**: Lump-sum measure items shall be settled in full per the contract; unit-price measure items shall be settled based on the actual quantities incurred. For hotel projects, if the "scaffolding erection and dismantling fee" is a lump sum, it shall be settled at the contract price; if the "finished product protection fee" is a unit-price measure item, it shall be calculated based on the actual protected area.
