| | When a unit project is constructed by a subcontractor, the subcontractor shall inspect and assess the contracted works in accordance with the procedures specified in this standard, and the general contractor shall send personnel to participate. Upon completion of the subcontracted works, the relevant project documents shall be handed over to the general contractor. The MEP and fit-out subcontracting works commonly found in hotel buildings must strictly comply with this clause. |
