| | When construction quality does not meet the requirements, it shall be handled according to the following provisions: 1) Inspection lots that have been reworked or repaired shall be re-inspected for acceptance; 2) Inspection lots that have been tested and appraised by a qualified testing agency and can meet the design requirements shall be accepted; 3) Inspection lots that have been tested and appraised by a qualified testing agency as not meeting the design requirements, but have been checked and confirmed by the original design unit as able to satisfy structural safety and service functions, may be accepted; 4) When reworked or strengthened subitem and subdivision works meet the safety and service function requirements, they may be accepted in accordance with the technical treatment scheme and negotiated documents. |
