| The following buildings or locations shall be provided with smoke exhaust facilities: song-and-dance entertainment, screening and amusement venues located on the first, second or third floor with a room floor area greater than 100 m²; atriums; above-ground rooms in public buildings with a floor area greater than 100 m² that are regularly occupied; above-ground rooms in public buildings with a floor area greater than 300 m² containing large amounts of combustibles; escape corridors in buildings longer than 20 m (applicable to hotel buildings). |
