| The following buildings or areas shall be provided with smoke exhaust facilities: evacuation corridors longer than 20 m in high-rise public buildings (including hotels); above-ground rooms with a floor area greater than 100 m² that are regularly occupied (including hotel guest rooms); above-ground rooms with a floor area greater than 300 m² containing substantial combustible materials; the smoke exhaust rate shall be calculated based on a smoke control zone area of not less than 60 m³/h·m².
