| Public buildings with a building height greater than 100 m shall be provided with refuge floors (rooms). The height from the floor level of the first refuge floor (room) to the ground of the firefighting and rescue site shall not exceed 50 m, and the height between two refuge floors (rooms) should not exceed 50 m. The net area of a refuge floor (room) shall meet the refuge requirements of the designed number of occupants, and should be calculated at 5.0 persons/m².
