GB 50016-2014 (2018年版) 第5.1.1条
| Civil buildings are classified into two categories—single-story/multi-story and high-rise—based on building height and number of stories, use function, fire hazard, and difficulty of evacuation and firefighting. High-rise civil buildings are classified into Class I and Class II based on building height, use function, and floor area per story. Class I high-rise civil buildings: residential buildings with a height greater than 54 m; public buildings with a height greater than 50 m, or buildings such as shops, exhibition, telecommunications, postal, and finance and trade buildings where the floor area of any story in the portion above 24 m exceeds 1000 m². Class II high-rise civil buildings: residential buildings with a height greater than 27 m but not greater than 54 m; public buildings with a height greater than 24 m but not greater than 50 m.
