| Fire separation distance between Class A, B, and C liquid storage tanks: for fixed-roof tanks (Class A and B liquids), it shall not be less than 0.6 times the diameter of the larger adjacent tank; for floating-roof tanks or Class C liquid storage tanks, it shall not be less than 0.4 times; when the tank diameter is less than 20 m, a distance of not less than 10 m (Class A and B) or 8 m (Class C) may be used.
