| Hotel building kitchens shall be provided with a mechanical exhaust system, with the exhaust air volume calculated at an air change rate of ≥40 times/h, and an emergency exhaust system shall also be provided, with an air change rate of ≥12 times/h; the exhaust outlet shall be ≥2 m above outdoor ground level. |
