| The outdoor design calculation parameters for hotel buildings (which are Class I public buildings) shall be implemented in accordance with Articles 3.0.1 to 3.0.7 of this code, wherein the winter outdoor design temperature for air conditioning shall be taken as the daily average temperature not guaranteed for 1 day on average over the years, and the summer outdoor design dry-bulb temperature for air conditioning shall be taken as the dry-bulb temperature not guaranteed for 50 hours on average over the years, and the special requirements of JGJ 62, Code for Design of Hotel Buildings, regarding temperature, humidity and fresh air volume in guest room areas shall be satisfied.
