| The summer outdoor design dry-bulb temperature for air conditioning shall be the dry-bulb temperature that is not exceeded for an average of 50 hours per year over the years of record; the summer outdoor design wet-bulb temperature for air conditioning shall be the wet-bulb temperature that is not exceeded for an average of 50 hours per year over the years of record.
