| Outdoor air design parameters shall be adopted in accordance with Appendix A of the current national standard "Design Code for Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning of Civil Buildings" GB 50736-2012, in which the winter outdoor design temperature for heating shall be the daily mean temperature not guaranteed for 5 days on average over the years.
