| The following buildings or places shall be equipped with an automatic fire alarm system: buildings used for shops, exhibitions, finance and trade, passenger and freight transport, and similar purposes with a floor area greater than 1500 m² on any single floor or a total floor area greater than 3000 m²; hotel buildings (applicable to hotel buildings) shall be equipped with an automatic fire alarm system.
