| The following buildings or places shall be equipped with an automatic fire alarm system: Class I high-rise public buildings (including hotels); residential buildings with a building height greater than 54 m but not greater than 100 m; single-storey or multi-storey public buildings (including hotels) equipped with an automatic fire extinguishing system shall be equipped with an automatic fire alarm system.
