| The following buildings or places shall be equipped with an indoor fire hydrant system: office buildings, educational buildings and other civil buildings (including hotels) with a building height greater than 15 m or a volume greater than 10000 m³; high-rise public buildings (including hotels) shall be equipped with an indoor fire hydrant system, in which the diameter of the fire riser shall not be less than 100 mm, and the spacing between hydrants shall not be greater than 30 m.
