| The clear width of evacuation doors of rooms in public buildings shall not be less than 0.90 m, and the clear width of evacuation corridors and stairs shall not be less than 1.10 m. In high-rise hotel buildings, the clear width of each evacuation stair shall not be less than 1.20 m. In hotel buildings, the clear width of the evacuation door of each room shall not be less than 0.90 m, and the total width of each safety exit shall be determined by calculation but shall not be less than 1.10 m.
