| **** | When using construction drawings to modify and produce as-built drawings, the basis for changes and modifications must be indicated; where there are major changes to the structure, process, layout, etc. of the construction drawings, or where the modified portion exceeds 1/3 of the drawing area, the as-built drawings shall be redrawn. This clause shall apply if major functional adjustments occur in large-space areas such as the hotel lobby and banquet hall. |
