| **** | When a garage or repair garage is built jointly with other buildings, the following requirements shall be met:<br>1. When built adjacent, they must be separated by a fire wall;<br>2. Garages (including rooftop parking areas) and repair garages located within a building shall be separated from other areas by fire walls and floor slabs with a fire resistance rating of not less than 2.00h;<br>3. Above the doors, windows and openings in the exterior walls of garages and repair garages, non-combustible fire-resistant eaves with a fire resistance rating of not less than 1.00h and a width of not less than 1.0m, or fire shutters with a height of not less than 1.2m, shall be provided. |
