| For each fire compartment in a factory building, or each floor within a fire compartment, the number of safety exits shall be determined by calculation and shall not be less than 2; when the floor area of each floor of the factory building is not greater than 250 m² and the number of workers at the same time does not exceed 20, one safety exit may be provided.
