| The distribution system shall be designed to meet the requirements of electrical equipment for power supply reliability and power quality, and shall be simple in wiring, easy to operate, safe and reliable. Spare circuits shall be reserved in the distribution system, and the number of spare circuits should not be less than 15% of the total number of circuits. |
