| For impact loads and fluctuating loads (such as elevators and air-conditioning compressors), the voltage fluctuation and flicker limits shall comply with GB/T 12326. At the point of common coupling, for voltage levels of 10 kV and below, the voltage fluctuation limit is 2.5% (for fluctuations ≤0.5 Hz) or 1.5% (for fluctuations >0.5 Hz).
