| **** | **Scoring Item**: Adopt effective measures to conserve water. MEP systems shall meet the following:<br>1. Water efficiency grades of sanitary fixtures shall reach Grade 1 (e.g., water consumption of water closets ≤4.0L, faucets ≤6.0L/min).<br>2. Provide a rainwater harvesting and utilization system or a reclaimed water reuse system for greening, landscape, road washing, etc., with the utilization rate of non-traditional water sources not less than 5% (hotel buildings typically need to integrate demands such as laundry and cooling tower makeup water).<br>3. Provide a remote water metering system to achieve automatic leakage alarms. |
