| **** | **Scoring item**: Effective measures are taken to reduce the transmission and distribution energy consumption of the air-conditioning system. This includes:<br>1. The unit air volume power consumption (Ws) of the air-conditioning air system is 20% lower than the specified value in the current national standard "Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings" GB 50189.<br>2. The energy efficiency ratio of transmission (ER) of the air-conditioning water system is 20% lower than the specified value in GB 50189.<br>3. Variable air volume (VAV) and variable water volume (VWV) systems, or high-efficiency fans and pumps, are adopted. |
