For example: **(1)** Guest rooms, public corridors and other areas of the hotel use partitions that can be flexibly divided, and MEP pipelines (such as power and low-voltage wiring, water supply and drainage, air-conditioning ducts) are provided with reserved interfaces or modification conditions; **(2)** The MEP systems (lighting, sockets, air conditioning) of main function rooms (such as guest rooms and meeting rooms) are provided with expandable or replaceable interfaces (such as modular distribution boxes and pipeline interfaces within removable ceilings) at a ratio of **no less than 20%**. |
