| Noise generated by heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems shall be provided with sound attenuation equipment or other noise-reduction measures when natural attenuation cannot meet the allowable noise standard. The system sound attenuation and vibration isolation design shall be determined by calculation based on equipment noise, system resistance, allowable room noise level and natural attenuation.
