| | Inorganic decorative coatings applied to Grade A substrates may be used as Grade A decoration materials; organic decorative coatings applied to Grade A substrates with a wet coating rate of less than 1.5 kg/m² may be used as Grade B1 decoration materials (applicable to hotel ceilings and walls). |
