| **** | **Thermal performance of transparent roof sections**: The heat transfer coefficient K and solar heat gain coefficient (SHGC) of transparent roof sections (such as skylights) shall comply with the provisions of Table 3.3.7. For example: in severe cold regions, K ≤ 2.0 W/(m²·K), SHGC ≤ 0.40; in cold regions, K ≤ 2.5 W/(m²·K), SHGC ≤ 0.40; in hot summer and cold winter regions, K ≤ 3.0 W/(m²·K), SHGC ≤ 0.35; in hot summer and warm winter regions, K ≤ 3.5 W/(m²·K), SHGC ≤ 0.30. |
