| Monitoring and control of the air-conditioning system shall include: supply and return water temperature (e.g., chilled water supply-return temperature difference of 5℃), pressure, and flow monitoring of the cooling/heating sources (chillers, heat pumps, etc.); supply air temperature and humidity control of air-handling units or fresh air units (e.g., summer supply air temperature set at 12-14℃, relative humidity 60%); electric valve regulation and room temperature control of fan coil units (room temperature setting range 22-26℃). Fan coil units in hotel guest rooms should adopt independent control with a thermostat + electric two-way valve.
