| When the system is large in scale or centralized management is required, a centralized monitoring system should be adopted. In hotel buildings, when the total cooling load of the air-conditioning system is greater than or equal to 1758 kW (approximately 500 refrigeration tons) or the total heating load is greater than or equal to 2326 kW, it is recommended to install a Building Automation System (BAS) for centralized management.
