| Heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems shall be provided with monitoring and control devices, including parameter detection, parameter and equipment status display, automatic regulation and control, automatic operating mode changeover, equipment interlocking and automatic protection, energy metering, and central monitoring and management. In hotel buildings, the air conditioning systems in guest rooms and public areas (such as lobbies and restaurants) shall achieve automatic temperature and humidity regulation.
