| **** | Oil-containing wastewater drainage pipes in hotel kitchens shall use oil-resistant and high-temperature-resistant pipes (such as HDPE pipes or flexible cast iron pipes), and grease interceptors must be installed. The nominal diameter of drainage pipes shall not be less than DN75. |
