| **** | Oil-containing wastewater from hotel kitchens shall be drained via a separate system and provided with a grease interceptor (or grease separator). The invert of the grease interceptor outlet pipe should be at least 0.6 m above the tank bottom, and the retention time should be 2–10 min. |
