| Cooling towers shall be located in well-ventilated positions that avoid hot air recirculation, and their noise shall comply with the current national standard GB 3096 "Environmental Quality Standard for Noise"; the noise limit for cooling towers of hotel buildings shall meet ≤45 dB(A) at night (a special provision applicable to hotel buildings).
