| **** | The total number of vehicle evacuation exits for garages and repair garages shall not be less than 2 and shall be arranged in a dispersed manner. However, one exit may be provided if any of the following conditions is met:<br>1. Class IV garage;<br>2. Class III above-ground garage with a two-lane vehicle evacuation exit;<br>3. Underground or semi-underground garage with a two-lane vehicle evacuation exit, a parking capacity of less than or equal to 100 vehicles, and a floor area of less than 4000 ㎡. |
