| **** | When pipes pass through walls and floors, metal or plastic sleeves shall be provided. For sleeves installed in floors, the top shall be 20 mm above the finished floor; for sleeves installed in bathrooms and kitchens, the top shall be 50 mm above the finished floor, and the bottom shall be flush with the underside of the floor slab. |
